1. Provide payment Total amount to include TDLR filing fee, plan review and inspection fee - all paid fees are non-refundable.  Please make checks payable to RASADAZZLE, LLC.
2. Provide completed TABS registration form #AB005.
3. Provide Proof of Submission form #AB042 with signature and all three dates.
4. Provide Owners Agent Designation form #AB043 with signature.
5. Provide sealed Construction Documents. RASADAZZLE, only requests plans and specifications in an Electronic PDF format in efforts to contribute to help our environment, and save our clients money.
6. Recommended: Provide completed Request for Inspection form #AB041 & #AB044.
7. Projects which require multiple inspections for phasing please add $75.00 per inspection.

Licensed Professional Reminder: Pursuant to  code 68.50 please remember to submit plans and specifications to a RAS no later than 20 days after they were issued.
